23/12 Haircut.

Got a haircut on Thursday. However, for this time, instead of going for my usual trimmings, i decided to totally change my hairstyle.

So, I CHOPPED OFF MY LONG HAIR

Yes i did. After having long hair since like, forever(the last time i had short hair was like, standard 2, as i started growing out my hair in standard 3), i have many thoughts of cutting a short hairstyle, especially a certain SNSD's Sooyoung's Genie hairstyle.

SNSD Sooyoung. I totally LOVE her short hairstyle during Genie promotions.

So when i went to this new saloon, i told the hairstylist that i wanted to cut my hair into a layered above-the-shoulder hairdo. I know its a bad description of Sooyoung's awesome haircut, but i was hoping she would cut my hair something like Sooyoung's haircut. So the hairstylist started giving me some of her opinion and explanations on the haircut she has in mind. Basically she was explaining how my hair would look like in a short haircut, and since my hair is wavy, she suggested STRAIGHTENING parts of my hair. When i heard her suggestion about straightening, i was like, automatically frowned and "NOOO.." But mum decided to cut my hair off for now, and if i really can't manage my hair without straightening parts of it, i can come back again next week with my sister(who is going to straighten her hair as well) to straighten it.

So she started to shampoo my hair. Gosh, my hair was shampooed for so many times! =.= First the hairstylist shampooed my hair, then when she go cut a fella's hair, this shampoo girl came and shampoo my hair twice =.= So its a total of 3 times. Anyway, after that, the hairstylist come and snip snip snip. Bye bye long hair.

To say the least, i wasn't expecting the hairstyle that i got. As i said above, i wanted to get Sooyoung's Genie haircut shown in the pic. However, the hairstylist cut me a BOB. To put it simply, my hair DOES resembles Sooyoung's, but not her Genie hairstyle. Instead, my hair look almost identical to her current Hoot hairstyle. Just look at the pic below.

Gosh.. Never thought of getting her Hoot hairstyle(because her Genie hair was the best to me. But she looks awesome in it as well :D) so i was really shocked when the hairstylist show me my hair. Seriously stunned in front of the mirror for a few seconds. However i'm still pleased with my haircut. :) This is also like, additional 5-10 mins of sleep (since i don't have to tie my hair anymore) for every school morning 8D

Only down side, if i wanna acheive Sooyoung's hair, i have to use a brush and a hairdryer. Which isn't all a bad point, for i now know how to use a hairdryer (yeah, i don't know how to before this) I need to spend about 30-45 mins with a hairdryer and a brush to get this hairstyle. Well, i'll try to reduce this to 15 mins soon..

I've been busy. (lame excuse, i know..)

Anyway, ITS MY BIRTHDAY TODAY!

Lol. Had an awesome day out with Ai Menn today. Will post about it soon (i hope..) Anyway, mum suddenly entered my room and ask me if i wanted to cut my hair today after dinner instead O.O Omg.. Hope i wouldn't get a bad haircut on my birthday ==" I'm worried about this because i KIND OF decided to try cutting my hair short. As in SHORT short. SHOULDER-LENGTH short. Or EVEN SHORTER. Oh god.. Its been like, 7(?) years since i had short hair. The last time i had short hair was like, standard 2? I hope the hairstylist will give me a nice haircut which suite my face, look good on me, and fuss free (as in, doesn't need a blowdry to look nice) Is it too much to ask for? Or should i just get a trim and keep my hair long?

ARGH! DILEMMA.

The Aftermath

Back from youth camp. Literally dead beat right now. Enjoyed myself most of the time. Will post another entry tomorrow to talk about the details. I'm hoping that the photos taken by Bro Phang, Bro Lim, and Bro Baba will be uploaded by then. My legs are hurting like mad! And thanks to the mosquitos and leeches, my beautiful legs are ruined T__T Bet they'll scar! I'll have to hide my legs in long pants now >3<

Anyway, i'm going to recuperate as i haven't been getting much sleep for a while (average abt 4hrs only). Going for some biscuits and off to my lovely bed with my soft and fluffy blanket ♥ Gonna pile on the mosquito repellent as well. No more feeding mosquitos.

Things to do..

First of all,

HAPPY BIRTHDAY ONEW OPPA!!!!!

Oh my dubu~ ♥ You are officially 21 years old (internationally) already. Lol you're legal now xP

Next, i have to pack for my 3 days 2 nights camp from Friday to Sunday. Our annually Buddhist Youth Camp this year is held in Eco Dusun Resort. Coincidently (or not?) Eco Dusun was also the venue for my 3 days 2 nights prefects camp this year (lol) But since i didn't go for the prefect camp (which i was kinda interested to go in) so i'm really looking forward for this camp. Alas, mum suddenly ask me to help me type her document stuff (which was due tomorrow) so i couldn't pack. Aish..

I already plan to pack my things today because i'm going to Fahrenheit88 tomorrow (UNIQLO! HERE I COME! and also shopping~♥) Really don't want to pack my things at the last minute because i tend to forget things or overpack ==" Lol i stil remember last year's camp where i pack about 5-6 shirts (not including sleepwear), similar amount of pants (better to be safe than sorry..), pillow, blanket, (again, better to be safe than sorry..) and other things. In the end i hav to discard 2 hand carry luggage and use the roller luggage instead and i'm 1 of the few (like, 5?) people who brought a roller luggage to the camp ==" And when i saw Mei Lin's luggage i was literally stunned on my place She literally brought only a small handcarry luggage and a shoulder bag! *facepalm*

Anyway, gotta go help mum to type said document now. Better rush the typing so i can read the fanfiction which i was reading halfway (i ♥ SooKyung pairing). Not gonna include colours for now, might come back and edit some colours when i'm free...

Prefects Hi-Tea

Prefect's Hi-Tea yesterday was kinda fun i guess.. Surrounded by many lengluis throughout the day *i feel troll-like =="* Rained though :( Because of it we departed school late. When i arrived and accended the stairs, my first reaction;- "eh i've been here before!" Turns out to be the venue for my std6 jamuan. Diff ballroom though. Entering the ballroom;- Pn Daisy SINGING! No comment. =X Food is only so-so. Needs to be of higher quality lar. Even before 1/2 hour into our meal we already had complains;

Chicken tasteless (me)
Rice taste bad (Jiayi)
Fish too spicy (me n bryan)
Broccoli taste bad (me *again*)

But then again we have freaks like Shi Hoong and Jie Yong who thought that the fish is "delicious" ==" Anyway, the entertainment is pretty good i guess.. We have pn Daisy *cough ahem cough* . And teachers questioning the f5 ajks are pretty funny :D

Bieber cake. Right. Whatever. I don't care man. I want to eat his head. Oh well i'll settle with bieber's cut face :D *sry bieber fans, as you can tell by now, i'm not one. what up :DD* Cake's nothing to brag about. Ordinary sponge cake in cream. It isn't even whipped cream. (i thk..) Just bieber's painted face on it. Whatever.

Journey back. Fatigue overwhelming. Cant sleep though. :/ Noise+kpop songs played by the f5 girls keep me awake. Especially when Ring Ding Dong *screams!* I was dancing and singing in my seat to my seatmate Jiayi's amusement xP Cant even rest after the whole day out and about. Had piano class at 7pm. By the time i reach home (finally..) i feel really worn out. Quick checking out on my facebook, efficient Jix n Punithan posted up the photos already *more like few hours back..* Found MANY paparazi shoots courtesy to Wei Ting and Punithan (i thk..) =="

No offence to anyone but what's the big deal with 101010 apart from the triple 10's? It's just a normal ordinary day. To me 111111 is better because its six 1's. But thats about it. =/ Anyway back to SHINee, i got my first ever original album from them!! *screams* This is like my first ever original album that i purchased with my own money! And its SHINee! (I guess 101010 just became special and memorable? o.O)

hav u realised that other than anti-dandruff shampoo for guys(eg. clear, head n shoulders), there hasn't been a shampoo advertisement that shows guys with.. u kno.. "shampoo-ad-hair"?

so i asked 2 of my guy friends of what shampoo they use and what i got is:

as i'm 1cm away frm 170cm, i can conclude that i'm tall-ish

my bed is an ordinary queen sized bed

i REALLY hate it when my bed's shorter than i am n my legs are dangling off da sides

which get me wondering, how about those who are taller than me?

anyway, went hill trekking wid kmbs youth yesterday

it was pretty fun-ish.. xD

had to wake up early..

set my alarm at 5.45am but woke up only at 6.10am =="

we were supposed to fetch ai menn & yik ven too

so when we reached da starting point, we r kinda late.... =/

but mei yeen was later =)

the tracks were reali muddy coz it rained da previous night.. =/

a tree trunk was blocking our way so we need to bent under to get pass it

i was telling da ppl behind me:

"careful, there's a tree trunk here.. dont knock your head on it.."

and the next thing i know, I pulak knock my head on it.. =="


there was 1 part where sis lai kuan went behind to help someone..

so i'm in da lead..

one part of da track was sloping downwards and it was SLIPPERYYYYY~

so i VERY NEARRRRRLY slipped,

n i did a VERRRRRRY weird pose...

LOL i seriously frozed in that position for about 1 min..

- 1 "kerja amal" for the folio


so far i have done my karangan, modern maths, chem, and bio..

whooo! great achievement! xD

celebrate by online-ing today..x)

4-8/1/10 first week of school

4/1/10 first day back to school year 2010

so like every schooling day, i woke up and get ready to go to school

nothing special, jz like an ordinary day....

except that its raining.

.

right anyway, because its raining, we cant have an assembly.

any normal day i would have jumped for joy but not this day.

because its reali important to have an assembly

at least for me

and the rest of the form4s this year

which is abt 380+ students

its because we need to be placed in our classrooms.

and its not as easy as you thk coz they r pure science, sub science and arts class

so i kinda pity da teacher..

anyway i got placed in 4S3!(for those who dont know,its da 3rd pure science class. out of da 3 pure science class)

like seriously!

i was kinda shocked

i thought the school would put me in at least s2 class coz there are abt 60+ students that got straight A'S in their PMR exams, and i'm one of them..x)

but my class altogether has abt 3 straight A'S students.

Including me.

brilliant isnt it?

but i wasn't too concerned because i have some of my friends wid me.

i entered the class wid may vinn, carr mun, suen yee, arvind, and swee leng. we gals took da front row 4 seaters(not sure why it was 4 seaters & not 2 seaters).

so carr mun & i are directly in front of teacher

since i'm prefect, pn tholasi(4S3's class teacher) asked me to write da time table.

her actual words are more like;

"since kamu punya jadual waktu akan tukar, lebih baik kamu jangan photostat dulu. tunggu dapat jadual baru, baru pergi photostat."
"ah pengawas ini, tolong cikgu tulis jadual di papan hitam"

randomness...

my writing sucks.

even on da blackboard.

da day was BOOORRRRRRIIIIIIINGGG

every teacher asked us to "buat kerja sendiri"

which coincidentally(or not so) was pretty much talking.

and reading.

and sleeping...

my friends and i took option 1 and we ended up laughing ourselves silly... x)


5/1/2010 2nd day back to school

many ppl requested to change classes.

my class ppl all wanna go to 4S2

so da day was filled wid ppl going in and out of da class

i thk da teacher also made confused by all da students.

i heard my friend said that they are gonna reshuffled all da classes.

and after recess, students asking to change classes are dismissed to stay in their current classes in the meantime.

whatever~


6/1/2010 3rd day back to school

the teacher "tahan-ed" form3 and form4 students at da assembly ground.

they said that the form3 students are excruciatingly overloaded..

which is why they decided to open a new class.

so they read out all da students name one by freaking one

and the order of the classes goes from TERBILANG to TERBKILANG

==" sweatness..

is there even such word?

anyway when they got to form4(finally!), they announced that they had reshuffled da classes.

so my friend was right.

and my new class is....

4S2!xD

wenyi, sheau sze, zi ying, phoebe, pei szan all got 4S1

they wanna change tho..

so whn i got back to class

suddenly we were assaulted wid 4S1 students.

according to them, if they wanna change to 4S2 they need to get a person from said class to change wid them

i was assaulted by zi ying.

she was like sooo desperade to change class...

i felt kinda guilty for changing my mind at da last minute..(sry zi ying!=( )

anyway class went on normally..

thn li wen changed into our class..

which got isaac, zi ying, and phoebe into a mania to change into 4S2 too..

my class is getting overcrowded each passing day..


7/1/2010 4th day back to school

class went on as normal

then suddenly pn norhan(gpk1) entered da class wid zi ying & phoebe!

she ask ketua tingkatan to get 2 tables n 2 chairs 4 them!

wow...

and then yin mui & hong yee changed to 4S1

weird..... not

so we're are short of a penolong ketua tingkatan(hong yee)

and i sat wid li wen....

we made a deal, that is i help her to improve her english, in turn she'll help me wid my chinese!

2 way deal. mutualism(is it?) deal. xD

then we got our spbt text books..

realised that books like add maths and sejarah are all not in reali good condition..

so i made a comment that everyone hate the subjects that they decided to destroy da books.. xD


8/1/2010 5th day back to school

another student changed out of 4S2, which is ketua tingkatan teck hong..

and we're gonna lose another classmate next week

monisha said she's gonna transfer to another school(not class)

so now we're short of a ketua tingkatan and penolong ketua tingkatan.

anyway da new monitor and asst monitor is.....

umi(monitor) and wong(asst monitor)!

*clap* *clap* *clap* xD

so its da end of da week!

HOORAY! XD

WEEKENDS HERE I COME!

am i starting to get 38-ish?
